SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped by registered airmail from Hong Kong within 2-3 business days after your order has been paid (except some items on back order). For custom order, please allow extra 2 - 3 days for customized work before shipment.
Tracking information will be provided. Receiver's signature is required upon delivery.
During non-peak season, order is expected to arrive your door in:
Asian Countries - approx. 7 working days
USA, UK and European Countries - approx. 7 - 15 working days
Canada, Australia, Rest of the world - approx. 15 - 30 working days or more

All orders are packaged ready to give as a gift. Your jewelry will be packed in a foil zipping bag/carton box with a ribbon on top and comes with bubble wrapping. Please clean and towel dry your jewelry after use and keep inside the foil bag to prevent oxidation. Any fabric material used in my design will be sprayed with fabric protector to prevent dirts and stains.

REFUND & EXCHANGE:
Exchange is not accepted and refund is only available if items are damaged upon receipt. Please send me a photo of the damaged item within one month of your ordering date. Refund will be made after deducting the shipping charges.
Please make sure your address is correct. I cannot be responsible for items lost by the post office. If your item was undelivered and returned to me, refund will be made, except shipping charges.
